SCULPT ZONE
My signature class is am doing amazing ! You will be getting a taste of everything. We will be lots of core and ab work , barre with weights , resistance bands to sculpt your buttocks , own body weight exercises , little snippets of yoga and more....
POWER ZONE
Power Zone is a new and exclusive, super high energy class, carefully created by Kerry's Fitness. It fuses together a mixture of cardio, boxing and strength training - an exciting combination of high intensity workouts that will focus on every muscle, push you to your limits and will leave you feeling ultimately energised!

PILOXING
Our exciting Piloxing class is a unique class combines the best of both worlds, bringing together the benefits of boxing and Pilates. This class is fun and will help you build strength, improve your balance and coordination, and boost your cardio endurance. Kettle & Bands: Combine kettlebells with resistance bands for added challenge.

THE WORKS
Designed to maximise calorie and fat-burn by mixing between cardio rounds and resistance rounds. This class will also sculpt, strengthen and increase energy.
GENTLE FLOW YOGA
A beginners dynamic flowing practice that stretches, strengthens and tones the entire body. Moving between stronger standing postures that allow you to reroot, ground and centre to exploring postures that will generate expansion and ease in the body.
POWER PILATES
Transform your body and mind with our Power Pilates class! Strengthen, tone, and energise as you flow through dynamic movements designed to sculpt your physique and enhance your core strength.
ULTIMATE 10/10
This class is all about strength training.
We will be doing only 10 reps on each exercise and focusing on perfect form .
Each week you will progress .
BOOTY BOOTCAMP
This class is specifically targeting the butt and legs, this Booty Boot Camp is designed to burn fat, tone, and shape to give you legs that will stop traffic. As an added bonus, many of these moves are dynamic enough that they also engage the core muscles (abs, lower back, obliques), as well.
